The new facial emotion analysis tool went live last month. The keyword theme analysis and sentiment analysis tools help categorise the words people say - now with the emotion analysis tool you can get direct insight into how they actually say it.
The tool recognises the facial expressions of people in the videos and returns an aggregate summary of their emotions with a confidence rating. The emotions detected are anger, contempt, disgust, fear, happiness, neutral, sadness and surprise. These emotions are understood to be cross-cultural and universally communicated with particular facial expressions.
Each testimonial video you receive has a scorecard like the one below, and this can be used to filter and search your content.
